Yes, children aged 5 and above are welcome. Adult pricing applies. If a booster seat is needed, please inform us in advance.
A 20% deposit is required at booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before departure. If unpaid, the balance will be automatically charged to the registered card.
For day tours, only small backpacks are allowed. For overnight tours, one carry-on suitcase and a personal backpack are permitted. We recommend storing large luggage at your hotel.
Wear comfortable walking shoes and dress appropriately for the season. For areas with significant temperature changes like Death Valley or Yellowstone, bring layered clothing, sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses.
Tipping is not mandatory but is customary in the U.S. A tip of $10–$20 per person is appreciated for excellent service.
Due to vehicle design, wheelchairs, walkers, and electric scooters are not permitted. Boarding may be denied if such devices are brought.
Pickup time and location will be communicated via email or text 2–3 days before the tour.
For day tours, cancellations made at least 48 hours before departure are fully refundable. For overnight tours, cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance for a full refund. In cases of severe weather or natural disasters, we offer rescheduling or full refunds.
Our 15-passenger vans do not have restrooms. However, we make regular stops at rest areas during the tour.
If the minimum group size of 5 participants is not met by 3 days before the tour, the tour will be automatically canceled and you’ll receive a full refund.
