Hello Vegas Tour Booking & Cancellation Policy
■ Single Day Tours
(Viva Las Vegas Day Tour, Las Vegas Night Tour, Grand Canyon South Rim, Grand Canyon West Rim, Zion & Bryce Canyon, South Rim + Antelope Canyon + Horseshoe Bend, Antelope Canyon + Horseshoe Bend, Death Valley Day + Sunset + Starry Night, Valley of Fire + Lake Mead + Hoover Dam, Red Rock Canyon + Seven Magic Mountains, Walk on Top Tour, 2-Day Grand Circle, 3-Day Grand Circle, etc.)
A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking.
Full payment is required for bookings made within 10 days of the departure date.
The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before the tour.
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before departure will receive a full refund.
No refunds or date changes will be allowed within 48 hours of departure.
■ Overnight Tours (1 night or more)
(e.g., 1-Night 2-Day Grand Circle Tour, 2-Night 3-Day Grand Circle Tour)
A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking.
Full payment is required for bookings made within 10 days of the departure date.
The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before the tour.
Cancellations made 7 days or more before departure will receive a full refund.
No refunds or date changes will be allowed within 7 days of departure.
■ Private Tours
(Customized Private Tour Services)
A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking.
Full payment is required for bookings made within 10 days of the departure date.
The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before the tour.
Cancellations made 7 days or more before departure will receive a full refund.
No refunds or date changes will be allowed within 7 days of departure.
■ Convention All-in-One Service
(Includes CES Las Vegas and all other convention-related services)
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
The remaining balance must be paid 60 days prior to the convention start date.
Cancellations made 60 days or more before the convention will receive a full refund.
No refunds or date changes will be allowed within 60 days of the convention start date
This policy applies to all tours.
If canceled by the customer:
More than 7 days before departure → Full refund
3 to 6 days before departure → 50% refund
2 days or less / No-show → No refund
If canceled by Hello Vegas Tour due to low number of participants:
Full refund will be issued automatically
