These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between Hello Vegas Tour (the “Company”) and the traveler (the “Customer”). By making a reservation, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms outlined below.
■ Contract and Assumption of Responsibility
Hello Vegas Tour is a registered Nevada-based tour operator offering tours centered around Las Vegas. If a reservation is made on behalf of a group, the lead traveler is responsible for communicating these Terms to all members and bears financial responsibility for the entire booking.
Customers affirm that (1) they are of legal age and authorized to enter into binding agreements, (2) all information provided is accurate, and (3) they agree to these Terms on behalf of themselves and others they may represent.
Violations may result in (a) cancellation of the reservation, (b) forfeiture of any payments made, and (c) denial of service. The Company reserves the right to change, upgrade, or cancel a tour and may provide refunds for unused portions where applicable.
■ COVID-19 Disclaimer
By booking a tour, customers acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily accept all associated risks, including infection, illness, disability, or death.
Tours may be rescheduled or canceled due to pandemic-related issues such as site closures or travel restrictions, with no guaranteed refunds. Customers are responsible for complying with vaccination or entry requirements. Hello Vegas Tour will not be held liable for any losses related to these issues.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, including “cancel for any reason” coverage. The Company is not responsible for any loss incurred due to a lack of coverage.
■ Booking and Payment
Bookings may be made via website, email, phone, or contact form. Upon confirmation, an itinerary and payment instructions will be provided. Deposits are non-refundable. See our full cancellation policy at: https://hellovegastour.com/cancellation-policy
Customers are responsible for reviewing all documents promptly. The Company is not liable for issues arising from unreported errors.
■ Credit Card Policy and Chargebacks
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, etc.). Customers agree not to dispute valid charges. Improper chargebacks may result in reservation cancellation or legal action.
■ Force Majeure
The Company is not liable for changes or cancellations due to uncontrollable events (weather, natural disasters, epidemics, government actions, etc.). Refunds may be provided if recoverable from third-party vendors.
■ Health and Safety Acknowledgment
Customers confirm they are physically and medically fit for tour participation and authorize emergency medical care if needed. All related costs are the responsibility of the customer.
■ Itinerary Changes
The Company may modify itineraries, transport, or accommodations due to local conditions. These changes are not valid grounds for cancellation or refund.
■ Travel Insurance
We highly recommend all travelers purchase travel insurance that covers cancellations, emergencies, lost baggage, and more.
■ Third-Party Vendor Disclaimer
We contract third-party vendors for services such as accommodation, meals, and activities. The Company is not liable for errors, service failures, or negligence on the part of these vendors.
■ Limitation of Liability and Waiver
Customers agree not to hold the Company, its staff, guides, or partners liable for any injury, loss, or damage. The Company’s maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the tour. Indirect or consequential damages are not covered.
■ Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA. All legal proceedings must be brought exclusively in Clark County, Nevada.
■ Class Action Waiver and Damage Limitation
Customers agree to waive class action rights and any claim to punitive damages. All claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the tour’s conclusion or cancellation.
■ Photo and Video Consent
Customers grant the Company permission to use photos and videos taken during the tour for promotional purposes without additional consent or compensation.
■ SMS and Email Consent
By booking, customers agree to receive tour-related SMS and email communications from the Company.
■ Consent for Minors
Guardians acknowledge and accept full responsibility for minors participating in the tour and agree that all Terms apply equally to both the guardian and the child.
